Protecting Our Team & Our Time Rinse Works is a dedicated mobile service. When you book a slot, we commit a trained professional, specialist equipment, travel time, and a specific window in our diary to you.

Last year alone, we lost over £6,000 due to last-minute cancellations and no-shows. When this happens, our valeters don’t get paid, despite turning up ready to work. This directly affects their ability to cover rent and living costs. Imagine turning up to work and being told you wouldn’t be paid. That’s exactly what happens with a no-show.
